The 70 square meter appartment has the rich wooden floor and the high ceilings which are so typical for berlin buildings from the early twentieth century. The two bedrooms are furnished with one double-bed each, the bigger room, which also serves as a living room, provides a TV with DVD-player, a collection of movies, a small library with books, both english and german and a large sofa to hang out on.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a dinner: Pots & pans, basic spices, oil, vinegar, an espressomachine including espresso, toaster, refridgerator, gas oven and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has shower and tub and was recently renovated, a hairdryer is provided.

Bedlinen, towels and Wlan are included.

Our apartments are located in lively side-streets of the popular Kastanienallee with its small bars, Restaurants, galleries and second-hand-shops, right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Living only a few meters away from the Mauerpark you have the possibility for a relaxed stroll over one of the most interestig fleemarkets in Belin, which we especially recommend on sundays – you wouldnt want to miss neither the Mauerpark-flea-market nor the notorious „Bearpit-Karaoke“!

The public transportation makes it possible to reach most of the interesting sites of the city within 5 to 15 minutes, no matter if Alexanderplatz, Reichstag, Unter den Linden or checkpoint charlie.

Please note that parking is possible in the nearby parking deck in Sredzkistraße 1. Parking in the streets is not only difficult but also more expensive!
